• *Please remember that passengers’ will have to carry their luggage to and from the coach to the hotel room and vice versa during intercity coach transfers.
• *This package does not include transfers to and from hotels to the coach station in New York although TCI will assist the clients to make it hassle free as much as possible.
• Please note that part of this package is an exclusive group tour and is subject to operate only once a minimum number of bookings are received by our suppliers. If the required numbers of bookings is not obtained, the tour will be cancelled and an amount which does not include the cost of air tickets and visas will be refunded in full. Alternatively, clients will be offered another choice of similar package covering same or near similar destinations with same countries but in a different itinerary or different format. This tour may cost more or less, in case it costs more, clients will have to borne the additional expenses, if the costing is less, the excess amount received will be refunded. We generally do achieve the minimum number of bookings for our tours and cancellations are rare however starting months of September and October, there is a fair chance of cancelling the tours due to lesser number of bookings. (These changes and cancellations are applicable provided that we send you notice of the cancellation either in writing or via the telephone, at least two weeks prior to departure). If we cancel because there are not enough passengers, we will refund full amount you have paid to us in respect of the tour (for services rendered by us) (excluding the cost of the air tickets and the visas). We reserve the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary or cancel a tour without incurring any liability to pay any compensation.
• In the event that we may have to cancel your group tour segment, we may from time to time where logistically possible, operate the same tour using a mini bus; (Mini busses do not have air-conditioning or toilets on board) which will be offered to you at the same price or with a small premium. This is subject to us having a minimum of 10 passengers. If you do not wish to take this option, then a full refund will be provided (for services rendered by us), and this refund does not include the cost of your air tickets and visas if included in your comprehensive holiday package.
• *The group tour segment of your Package tour will begin from a central point in New York Manhattan and will finish at the same point. Any other points to be picked up from and dropped to will be at any additional charge if possible for us to organize at all. This package does not include flights, visas and travel insurance of any kind.
• For the Group Tour Segment, Hotels finalized for your itinerary shall be detailed to you at best two to three days prior to your tour departure date or may be changed by the supplier or provided by a list of final hotels while you have joined the tour itself. In some cases, hotel rates may vary which is at the discretion of the hotel. We may ask to you to borne additional expenses for any such rate fluctuation of hotel rates however this in the rarest of cases is nominal only.
