Today post breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to discover Istanbul, its sights and sounds We start in the heart of the Old City, in the Sultanahmet centre and then step into the beauty of the Hagia Sophia, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, the Blue Mosque; famous for its İznik tiles and unique six minarets, the Hippodrome and Serpentine Column that your guide will point out. Afterwards we make our way to one of the largest covered markets in the world, the incredible Grand Bazaar. Sneak a peek at artisans at work and marvel at the 4,000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets before embarking on a leisurely cruise along the mighty Bosphorus, the waterway separating two continents. Then we further proceed the bus to see the Golden Horn and residential areas for Byzantine Jews, Italian traders and other non-Muslim minorities before driving along the traces history at Balat and taking the cable car up to Pierre Loti Coffee House.

This afternoon, we will pick you up for a splendid day out. Turkish Baths as they are named, are for many aspects of health, not just for external cleanliness. Before Turkey was established as a separate country, the Romans, Byzantines, Ottomans and nomadic people of the region had their own variations of bathing rituals. These traditions combined, created a different variation of these ancient bathing habits, The Turkish Bath where the bather enters the dry heat of a sweating area and the skin is then washed with soap and warm water and the muscles massaged. You will be taken to one of the best hamams to experience this way of life and enjoy this tradition so well established in Turkey. The rest of the evening will be yours at leisure in Istanbul.

This morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the airport from where you will board your flight to Cappadocia, TCI representative will be waiting for you who will then drive you directly to your hotel. Welcome to Cappadocia where landscape includes dramatic expanses of soft volcanic rock, shaped by erosion into towers, cones, valleys, and caves. Rock-cut churches and underground tunnel complexes from the Byzantine and Islamic eras are scattered throughout the countryside. It can be described as “Moonscape” because it looks otherworldly. You may not ever get a chance to visit another planet, but a visit to Cappadocia will make you forget you’re on Earth. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure or exploring the amazing sites including your cave hotel if you choose to stay in one.

Early today, we will be Riding over a most spectacular area of the world. We will serve a light breakfast with tea, coffee and some cakes. Celebrate the flight with champagne after landing as the first balloon rider did. Contemplate the valleys and landscapes of Cappadocia at sunrise. Take to the skies and rise high above the honeycomb peaks and see the rusty orange landscape come to life before your eyes where every angle of this magical volcanic landscape will be yours to contemplate peacefully over the course of the balloon ride.
Then we will embark on a splendid excursion through the picturesque Devrent Valley which has various types of fairy chimneys. Among these are those with caps, cones, mushroom like forms pillar and pointed rocks. The Small fairy Chimneys in the valley form a lunar landscape, or moonsacape, by their strange look. The Valley also has many animal shaped rocks like camel, snakes, seals, and dolphin. We will then visit the Pasabagları or The Monks Valley to experience this stunning place.

Also explore the historical Göreme Open air Museum which is the biggest monastery where this religious education was started. You will visit the churces, chapels, and monasteries carved into the fairy chimney from the 10th to the 13th centuries with frescos painted on the walls.

Situated smack on the Gulf of Antalya, the largest Turkish city on the western Mediterranean coast is both classically beautiful and stylishly modern. The day is at leisure as we recommend you to visit some of the shorelines and beaches in Antalya today. TCI’s representatives will help plan your day as it may be best for you to explore the beaches at your leisure.

Post a wonderful breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel and proceed to the Duden Waterfalls National Park. Walk through the beautiful green park and listen to the sound of falling water which is mountain spring water which has flowed down from the Taurus Mountains to cascade into the Mediterranean Sea. Afterwards we continue to the city center and visit Hadrian’s Gate, the clock tower at Kalekapisi, Republic Square with its Ataturk statue and overlook amazing views of the Mediterranean coast and Olympos Mountains. Descending from the square, you’ll explore the narrow winding streets of historical Antalya or Old town of Kaleici, filled with graceful Ottoman-era houses and gardens. Return to your hotel and refresh in Antalya overnight.

Today, after breakfast, we will drive you to the airport where you can board you flight to Izmir. Upon arrival, we will pick you up again and take you to your hotel. C/I and refresh at the hotel in Izmir.
Welcome to Izmir, garlanded around the azure-blue Bay of İzmir, the Greek city of Smyrna, and its seafront kordon (promenade) is as fetching and lively as any in the world.
The day is at leisure as we recommend you to make your own way to Keremalti Bazaar this evening which has been the most vibrant shopping center of Izmir for centuries. TCI’s representatives will help plan your day as it may be best for you to explore the coastal city at your leisure.

After breakfast we will leave for Ephesus, visit the shrine of Virgin Mary where she is said to have spent her later days. At Ephesus, see the spectacular ruins, some of which have only recently been escavated.
