• For Sky100 if included in your package, please note that the admission to sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck is subject to rules and regulations. We may from time to time, without prior notice of such Deck temporarily closure or restrict further admission, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety and security concerns. Take note that food and drinks; backpacks or any objects that exceed 230 mm x 360 mm x 560 mm (except strollers & wheelchairs) are not permitted into sky100.
• For Hong Kong Disney land DAY tour if included in your package, during transfer from hotel to park, a brief explanation on the park and its facilities will be carried out by a local guide. The rest of the tour inside the park itself is unescorted.
• For the Lantau island trip if included in your package, should the Cable Car be cancelled due to maintenance, inclement weather or other safety reasons, alternative coach transportation will be arranged. We will be using air-conditioned sightseeing coach transfer going up onto the Big Buddha area, then Ferry from Mui Wo back to Central City Center as alternative.
• *The complimentary lunch and the Avenue of stars stops (if any in your inclusions) during the lantau island trip are included only with the Sharing in Coach tour ‘if a part of your package’. If guests receive a complimentary private upgrade or ask for a private vehicle, the above two inclusions will not be offered on private basis by our suppliers.
• Cruise if included in your package may be cancelled for sailing due to bad weather condition or emergencies, you can choose to either reschedule or apply for full refund with us
• For Macau excursion if included in your package, visitors will need to bring along their passport and return air tickets for verification during the trip. Most visitors do not require a visa for entry into Macau, only those nationalities who required visa entry onto Hong Kong, they will also need to hold a double entry Hong Kong Visa in order to re-entry Hong Kong on the way back. Please make sure your passport is still valid before entry into Macau. Passport checking might be needed when you visit the casino.
• Macau Museum if part of your package is closed on Mondays, replaced by Maritime Museum
• During Macau trip if included in your package, visitors who’s wearing shorts or flip-flops and under the age of 21 years old will not be permitted to enter onto the casino, but they are welcome to use the resting area outside the casino
