• Certain locations and destinations do not have star graded or branded hotels or premium quality beddings or interiors and at such points in your itinerary, TCI will only provide the best possible options to stay however all efforts will be done to try and ensure that our guests are given the best possible arrangements and are taken great care of with least inconvenience if at all possible.
• For Domestic Travel Insurance in India, travelers must be Indian Citizen OR having an Indian passport to avail off benefits. The cover details highlighted in inclusions are only indicative as per coverage details available and the complete description of covers along with terms and conditions will be provided to the clients and any claims or disputes in this regard will be between the clients and the insurance providing company whereas TCI only acts as an agent booking the insurance policy for the guests as an important recommended addition to your holiday package.
• Certain hotels/resorts/camps on your route and in your itinerary may need some steep walking and guests are advised to wear comfortable and safe anti slip walking shoes and to take assistance if needed to avoid any untimely accidents or injuries.
• Guests are advised to bring torch, raincoat, medium to heavy woolen clothes and light medicine like Avomine or as per doctor’s advice to meet the primary needs.
• Some of the Treks, as per the itinerary, involve a continuous ascent of gradual and steep gradients. Treks are through dense forests, ascending valleys, encountering towering waterfalls. Most of the people enjoy walking these distances but the old and infant may find it strenuous. Dandies (local Palanquin) and ponies are available and the charges will have to bear all the expenses by the travelers/tourists.
• In the event of the pilgrim/tourists leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons, no claim for refund of money either full or part will not be entertained by the management.
• With regards to Helicopter travel, The Helicopter company has the right to accommodate additional passengers on the helicopter.
• Any objects of explosive nature, sharp objects like knife, scissors, blades, screw drivers, match boxes, cigarette lighters, firearms, crackers, etc. shall not be allowed on board the helicopters. In case a passenger is carrying any firearm, he/she has to declare it before hand to the pilot and deposit it with him along with the license.
• The Helicopter company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or alter the stopping place or places or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The company reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for the travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or the persons on board. TCI only works as a booking agent for the Helicopter company with regards to your travel and is not liable for any such expenses arising out of it directly or indirectly.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• Your current package does not cover insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
• If there is any unprecedented hike in the cost of transport (including fuel surcharge) or accommodation on Char Dham Yatra it will also affect the cost.
• We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides on Chard Dham tour route, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost.
