ITINERARY


Upon arrival at the Bangalore airport, TCI representative will pick you up and drive you in your private car to Ooty, ‘the Queen of Hill Stations’, mixes up Indian bustle and Hindu temples with lovely parks and gardens and charming Raj-era bungalows, the latter providing its most atmospheric places to stay. C/I and refresh at the resort. Evening is at leisure. We recommend taking a stroll in the town of Ooty and indulge in some local culture and enjoy some local cuisine. Refresh overnight at your resort in Ooty and take it in the splendid views from your resort in Ooty.

Today after a sumptuous breakfast, We will proceed for a local sightseeing tour in and around Ooty. There are many places of interest that we shall visit today such as the Botanical Gardens, which have several varieties of ornamental trees and plants and the Museum, waterfalls, forests and tea gardens, the scenic views of the Dodabetta peak which is one of the highest in South India and provides mesmerizing views of the surrounding plains. We will then move on the enjoy the Ooty Lake and golf courses. After enjoying a memorable day of sightseeing, we will bring you back to your resort. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight in Ooty.

This morning after breakfast, enjoy a great sightseeing day tour to Conoor and its famous toy train. We will first take you to the railway station from where you can board the Toy train in first class to  enjoy the Panoramic train ride, later after arrival, the car will waiting at the Conoor railway station, After the train journey visit the Sim’s park, lamb’s rock and dolphin’s nose. Lamb’s rock offers amazing views of the Coimbatore plains, tea estates and coffee estates. Dolphin’s Nose is well over one thousand feet above sea level and is a spectacular spot to visit. Thereafter we drive back to Ooty for an overnight stay at the resort in Ooty and a spectacular evening at leisure before that.

This early morning, we will depart for Mysore and and the ancient town of Srirangpatnam which was the capital of Hyder Ali and his son Tipu Sultan. This town is dotted with temples, palaces, tombs, military warehouses and fort walls. We will then proceed to explore Mysore known for its glittering royal heritage and magnificent monuments and buildings. We will first visit the Mysore palace and then the Brindavan Gardens that attract a large number of visitors. There is a boating pond in the garden where the visitors can enjoy a boat-ride. Early evening, we will depart for Bangalore where we can C/I at the hotel and refresh overnight peacefully.

Early today after breakfast, we will depart Bangalore for Tirupati. On arrival at Tirupati, check in to the hotel and refresh and soon after visit Kapila Theertham and Kapileshwara Temple. The idol is believed to be installed by Kapila Muni and hence Lord Siva here is referred to as Kapileswara. Also visit the Kalyana Venkateshwara Temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram and the ISKCON Temple.  ISKCON Temple in Tirupati is especially popular for its architecture and it’s location makes it is even more attractive to the devotees. Idols of Lord Krishna and Goddess Radha at the temple are mesmerizing and are adorned richly. Its architectural beauty is equally enticing. There are also many paintings and sculptures in the temples, each depicting various episodes from the life of Lord Krishna. Rest overnight at your hotel in Tirupati.

Early morning, we will visit the Tirumala Hills, the adobe of Lord Venkateshwara Balaji. Tirupati temple is situated in the lap of the Tirumala hill town and the temple is the home of Lord Balaji who is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. One of the most revered and richest temples in the country, devotees descend upon it every day. After Darshan of Lord Balaji, we shall visit Papavinasanam, and Akasha Ganga. At Akasha Ganga, Holy water comes out as natural steam here between hills rocks. This sacred water is used for Sri Vaari Daily Abhishekam. Papavinasanam is a waterfall flowing from a tributary of the Swarnamukhi River which is believe to take off one’s sins. After the auspicious visits, C/O from your hotel in Tirupati and we will drive you back to Bangalore.
