ITINERARY


On arrival at the Udaipur Airport, a TCI representative will be there to welcome & receive you. C/I at your hotel and soon after we will proceed to witness the beautiful Fateh Sagar Lake situated in the heart of Udaipur city and said to be the pride of this royal city and is bordered by hills and woodlands. Here you can indulge in optional boating as well. Later in the evening, you may spend your time at the Sukhadia Circle aka Sukhadia Square which is a popular spot amongst the dwellers of Udaipur. This place is bliss for all the street food lovers. You can also move around to buy some souvenirs or take a stroll in one of the bazaars of Udaipur. Refresh overnight at Udaipur resort.

This morning after breakfast, we will visit the Karnimata Rope Way to get an aerial view of Udaipur. We will then visit Lake Pichola. This picturesque lake encloses the Jag Niwas Island and the Jag Mandir. We will then visit the City Palace which extends along its eastern banks. The main part of the palace is now preserved as a museum displaying a large and diverse array of artefacts. Down steps from the entrance is the armoury museum exhibiting a huge collection of protective gear. Moti Mahal or the pearl palace has beautiful mirror work and the Chini Mahal has ornamental tiles all over before moving on to the popular Jagdish Mandir Late you may spend some time at the Saheliyo Ki Baari and Moti Mangri. Refresh overnight at the resort in Udaipur.

Today after an early breakfast, C/O from the resort and we will depart for Ranakpur, At the foot of a steep wooded escarpment of the Aravalli Hills, Ranakpur is one of India’s biggest and most important Jain temple complexes. This beautiful, serene place is renowned for some amazingly carved Jain temples constructed in amber stone around the year 1439 AD. We will then proceed for Kumbhalgarh encircled by thirteen elevated mountain peaks, the fort is constructed on the top most ridges almost 2000 meters above sea level. The fortifications of the fort extend to the length of 36 kilometers and this fact has made this fort to be in the international records. It is stated to be the second longest wall in the world, the first being ”the Great Wall of China”. The huge complex of the Fort has numerous palaces, temples and gardens making it more magnificent. Absorb the great views of the mountains, forests and nature and proceed to Jodhpur where you can C/I and refresh.

Today, after a sumptuous breakfast, we will take you for a day’s sightseeing excursion of Jodhpur and around. We will first visit the Mehrangarh Fort on a steep hill. The fort is among some of the best in India with exquisitely latticed windows in residential complexes. Later, we will move on to visit the Jaswant Thada, a royal cenotaph built in white marble and the magnificent Umaid Bhawan Palace. The Umaid Bhawan Palace is housed neatly beside the royal blue city of Jodhpur. It is a n architectural marvel, truly an edifice and is almost 75 years old. The other name of the Umaid Bhawan Palace is the Chittar Palace, due to the fact that stones from the nearby Chittar Hill were used for its construction and were responsible for the golden yellow color of the edifice. We will then return to the resort where you can rest and refresh.

All good things have to come to an end as we will then proceed well in time to the airport so that you can board your return flight back to your home destination.

  • This package does not include any boating charges, elephant/camel/horse ride or joy ride charges or ropeway charges or any entrance fees to any places of interest such as forts, palaces, museums and other places mentioned in the inclusions. Such entrances will have to be purchased on the spot by the clients however TCI can assist in pre booking wherever applicable or in pre arranging as much as possible or assist in guiding the clients to be prepared on the spots. Any such entrances if purchased by TCI on client’s requests will be chargeable as per applicable rates and cost incurred.
