At the Pune Airport, an executive will be there to welcome & receive you.  From the airport, we will drive you directly to Shirdi. After your arrival in Shirdi , you may Check in and refresh at the resort at this spiritual destination. Every activity at Shirdi revolves around the vast temple complex dedicated to Sai Baba. Devotees start queuing up in the early hours of dawn to catch a glimpse and seek the blessings of the life-size statue of Sai Baba. We will drive you to the temple for the evening Aarti and will then drive you back to the hotel later to relax and refresh overnight at your Shirdi hotel.

Today after a lovely breakfast, we will proceed to see some special places and begin with the caves of Ellora – Ellora is one of the largest rock-cut monastery-temple caves complexes in the world, and is alos a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site presents monuments and artwork of Buddhism, Hinduism and Jainism from the 600-1000 CE period. Located 15 km away from the main city of Aurangabad, the fort of Daulatabad in Aurangabad is no less than an architectural and engineering marvel, which is why it is counted amongst the ‘seven wonders of Maharashtra’. Built in the 12th century, it is one of the most powerful fortresses of the medieval period. It is built on a 200 mt high conical hill, which provides this grand fortress a strategic position, architectural beauty and protection from the enemies. If time permits, we will even drive you to the Biwi Ka Maqbara in Aurangabad. Later we drive you back to your resort for overnight stay after a wonderful day amongst history and architecture.

Today, post breakfast, we will C/O early and proceed towards Malshej Ghats, the unspoilt environs and tranquil surroundings of Malshej Ghat makes it popular among hikers, trekkers and nature lovers, this stunning mountain pass in the Western Ghats is famous for its trekking trails, waterfalls, lakes and historic forts.  Malshej Ghat is also one of the most popular monsoon picnic spot among the tourists from Mumbai and Thane, owing to its many scenic waterfalls and trekking points. We will stop by here for some photos and guests can also enjoy a picnic with family if planned. We will then drive towards Pune and arrive at your hotel where you can rest and refresh overnight.

Today, post breakfast, we will set out on a journey to enjoy Pune and its wonders. We will visit the amazing  Aga Khan Palace. The grand Aga Khan Palace is set in a peaceful wooded 6.5-hectare plot northeast of the centre. This graceful building was where Mahatma Gandhi and other prominent nationalist leaders were interned by the British following Gandhi’s Quit India campaign in 1942. Next wil be the popular Shreemant Dagdusheth Halwai Ganapati Temple in Pune which is dedicated to the Hindu God Ganesh. The temple is popular in Maharashtra and is visited by thousands of pilgrims every year. We then move on to the stunning or so called haunted Shaniwar Wada which was the For the complex, Teak was imported from the jungles of Junnar, Stones were brought from Chinchwad, and Limestone from the belts of Jejuri. With a total cost of Rs. 16,110 (an empire’s treasure of those times) and over two years later, it was completed and handover to the Peshwa Bajirao’s family where Peshwa Bajirao lived for an year and died as well.
